"Wrong Size at First, But They Fixed It"
I ordered one pouch and ended up getting a different size than expected. Customer support did sort it out eventually, which I appreciated. Still, it was a little annoying having to deal with the mix-up in the first place.

"I like using the site and…"
I like using the site and ordering was easy enough, but the stuff I actually wanted was out of stock again, which was a bit annoying. I still managed to order a few bits without any trouble, so no issues there. I just wish the stock info was updated a bit better. Weirdly, I remember noticing the out-of-stock message right after I spilled a tiny bit of tea on my sleeve, which somehow made it even more irritating

"Decent at first, but a little disappointing"
The bag was fine for the first few months and held up okay with regular use, but then the stitching on one of the straps started coming loose. It’s not the worst quality ever, and I can still use it for now, but I expected it to last a bit longer. Overall, I’m not mad about it, just a little let down...

My refund eventually came through, but it took way longer than I expected. I kept checking and thinking maybe it was almost done, but... not really. Just kind of frustrating when you're waiting and there isn't much else to do.

"Shipping took way too long"
I ordered from uktactical.com expecting it to show up fairly quickly, but all I could focus on was how long the shipping was taking. The tracking barely changed, so I kept checking it and still had no real idea when it would arrive. The item itself was fine once it finally got here, but the slow delivery kind of overshadowed everything for me. I probably wouldn’t order again if I needed something in a hurry.

"International shipping was more hassle than I expected"
I ordered from outside the UK the whole shipping process felt a bit messy. The wait was much longer than I expected, and the tracking updates were so vague that I kept checking the same page over and over, trying to figure out if the parcel had even moved. The customs information also wasn’t clear, which made it more stressful than it needed to be. Even little things, like not knowing whether a delay was at customs or with the courier, really started to annoy me. The order did eventually arrive, but I wouldn’t order internationally from them again.

"Good prices and a solid experience"
I picked up a few bits from uktactical.com and thought the prices were really fair compared to a lot of other places I looked at. Delivery was smooth enough too. It’s nice to order gear without feeling like you’ve paid over the odds. I’d happily use them again.

"Checkout was a mess"
I tried placing an order on UK Tactical and the checkout just kept acting up. The payment page froze twice, then suddenly kicked me back to the basket without really explaining what had gone wrong.
I’m sure my details and card were fine because I checked them more than once, so I don’t know what the issue was. Maybe it was just a glitch, but after wasting a fair bit of time on it, I gave up in the end.

I ordered a few bits from uktactical.com and the items themselves were totally fine, so no complaints there. The only downside was the shipping cost. Because the postage felt a bit high for what I bought, it makes smaller orders feel less worth it. I’d probably order from them again, but I do wish the delivery cost was a bit more reasonable...

My order showed up fine, so that part was okay, but I’m still not totally sure how I feel about it. It seems decent when it actually works, but it kind of feels like it works when it wants to. I wouldn’t say I fully trust it yet.

I had to return a pair of trousers because they didn’t fit me. The process was, you know, simple enough, and the refund came through after a few days. The only thing was I did have to chase it up once, but the staff replied quickly. Overall, yeah, I’d use them again.

I ordered from UK Tactical and the delivery experience was frustrating. As someone who likes to be organised and have kit arrive when I’m expecting it, the lack of reliable tracking really annoyed me. The tracking barely updated, and in the end it arrived later than I needed. I had to chase things up myself and still didn’t get a clear answer on when it would actually turn up. The kit itself might be fine, but the delivery side has definitely put me off ordering again.
